Terms of Service

By creating a QRQuick account, generating a QR code, or otherwise using qrquick.in (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

QRQuick provides hosted tools for creating, customizing, distributing, and analyzing QR codes. We operate from India and our infrastructure is hosted on third-party cloud providers listed in our Data Processing Addendum.

We routinely add, remove, or modify features. Material changes that reduce paid-plan functionality will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.

You may not use the Service to:

• distribute malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or content infringing on intellectual-property rights
• impersonate any person or entity, including QRQuick itself or a payment provider
• scan, probe, or attempt to access non-public areas of the Service
• send unsolicited bulk messaging using QR codes generated on our platform
• evade rate limits, plan quotas, or our Trust Engine

We operate an automated Trust Engine that flags abusive QR redirects. Suspected abuse may result in a redirect being paused, redirected to our abuse interstitial, or permanently disabled without prior notice when public safety is at risk.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Pick a strong password, enable 2FA, and keep your API keys confidential. We will never ask for your password in support tickets.

If you believe your account has been compromised, email security@qrquick.in immediately.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.

We offer a 14-day refund on first paid plan purchases, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated only for downtime incidents exceeding our published SLA on /status.

You may cancel anytime from /dashboard/billing — your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You retain all rights to QR codes you create, landing pages you build, and data you upload. We claim no ownership over your content.

You grant us a limited license to host, cache, and serve your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

We may display aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g. "QRQuick has served 50M+ scans") that do not identify your workspace.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on the redirect endpoint (the most critical surface — a broken QR is worse than a broken dashboard). The dashboard targets 99.5%.

Live status is published at /status. Subscribe there to receive incident notifications.

We are not responsible for downstream issues outside our infrastructure — e.g. your destination URL being down, the user's mobile network, or scanner-app bugs.

You may delete your account at any time from /dashboard/settings/account. After deletion we retain only the data we are legally required to keep (typically 7 years for invoice records under Indian tax law).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail payment for more than 30 days, or trigger sustained abuse flags. We will email you before terminating except where immediate action is required to protect users or comply with law.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRQuick's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹10,000.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing legal@qrquick.in with the details of the dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email and a banner in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
