Will my QRs stop working if I cancel?▾
Static QRs work forever. Dynamic QRs stop resolving when your subscription ends — you have a 30-day grace period to either resubscribe or migrate the destinations to static QRs.
Can I switch between plans?▾
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What if I exceed my scan limit?▾
Your QRs keep working. You'll get an in-app notification + email suggesting an upgrade. No surprise charges, no scan throttling.
Do you accept UPI?▾
Yes — all plans can be paid by UPI via PhonePe / GPay / Paytm through our Razorpay checkout. Annual plans also accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS).
GST invoices?▾
Issued automatically with HSN codes after every successful payment. Available in the dashboard → Billing.
Refunds?▾
Pro-rated refunds within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, you'll need to email us with a reason.
